-Project lead of internal CO2 calculator, increasing site emission tracking by 15% (collaborating with more than 250 sites)
-Evaluated global on-site PPA contracts in the NBO phase, resulting in almost 50% of contracts moving to BO phase
-Data processing and reporting on the achievement of energy and CO2 KPIs for Steerco meetings, and the corresponding calculations of high management bonus linked to these results
-Worked with 3 different consulting firms regarding energy efficiency and digitalization solutions
