Adepte des nouvelles technologies, je pilote les risques et veille à travailler en conformité avec rigueur les exigences clients en gérant l'amélioration continue au plus près des performances.

J'ai récemment dirigé le département informatique, en alignant la direction technique avec nos objectifs commerciaux et en renforçant le système de sécurité chez nos clients, permettant aucun non-conformité chez l'un de nos clients lors de l'audit HAS. .

Précédemment, en tant que Directeur des Opérations chez Sonovision, j'ai structuré et fédéré les équipes avec succès pour implémenter des plans de redressement, optimisant ainsi les opérations et les résultats financiers. Nous avons adopté l'IA pour améliorer les performances et dirigé l'équipe de Toulouse dans l'atteinte d'une satisfaction accrue des clients, notamment dans les projets de défense.
