• SetUP and structure recovery plan between agencies involved in the defense project to increase customer satisfaction (defense project Arquus). Drive Toulouse team and required training to enhance the knowledge of the transnational team involved.

• Pre-Sales: in charge of writing the technical proposal and supervising the financial cost for proposals (technical part of the bid "Anticipated Solutions & Manufacturing Engineering & Customer Care Center Operations and services Security ") - 77 million and selection round 1).

As Bundle leader during Call for Tender:
• Pre-sale manager of “Supply Chain and Quality” Bundle: Coordinate 8 FTE (8 BU Managers) level, setup the planning, align the stakeholders on the planning delivery, workshop sharing, progress report to the CEO for 3 million euros.
• Pre-sale manager of the “Do-Po Certification (Design and Production) data Digitalization” for Airbus: customer interface, in charge of the proposal (technical and project setup), setup all the breakdown structures (planning, team, WBS and CBS, RBS …) incluing the studies to move from CATIA to 3D Expérience (Dassault Systems) sur le cycle PLM (Mngt fonctionnel 3pers.&70k) and in charge of deploying the Project and of the financial reporting: 3 FTE & 70K €uros (in 3 months).


As Program Leader On behalf of Airbus on following projects:
• “Predictive Maintenance” prospectives in Skywise upcoming context (EQ strategy): Define the prerequisites with customers, tactic assessment, define the method and content to evaluate the capability of the Plants for A350 XWB program (Tlse, Nantes, SNZ, Hamburg, Filton and Getafe) regarding their Capability to implement Predictive Maintenance, Define the “concept”, Planning, Roadmap, Customer advice.
• “PPS Report” project for procurement (PQ): Business recovery, Manage the Digitalization of Executive Reporting (KPI) for Power Plant System (PPS), provide the recovery action plan, in line with execution of the contract and objectives (customer satisfaction, respect of budget and deadlines), be the interface of the customer (PQD).
• “Skill First” Project: 3FTE for 50k€ Digitalize the Innovative Airbus program “Skills First” for procurement domain: 3 people & 50 keuros.

As Engineering Quality Responsible report to the CEO.

• Transversal Management size: 100 FTE within Engineering Division including french subsidiaries
• Drive quality changes policy
• Define and deploy the quality improvement Plan based on the results of customer satisfaction survey
• Extend the continuous improvement of processes, to the internal and external audits
• Set up the internal non-conformity management (QRQC - 5M/8D) on pilot cases (Airbus and Airbus Defence and Space (ADS) projects) within engineering division
• In charge to deploy the quality policy in Agencies - Continuous improvement in PACA Agency (Action Plan “PACA_boost” )
• Increase the internal communication (Awareness sessions)
• Participate in the Call for tenders and provide relevant Quality Assurance Plans
• Setting up the Engineering Dashboard
• Enhance the strategy and EN9100 certification in bringing the "Independent Monitoring for the Design Organisation approval" (DOA from Airbus)- A1020- be part of part 21J
• Set up and monitoring of Subcontracted supplier services

Holder (deputy) of engineering assessment supplier method: reports to Chief Engineering.
• Accountable and leader to modify the Engineering method to assess suppliers (Portfolio of 250 ~) in the context of the extended enterprise,
• Challenge stakeholders (Coc and CoE) to maintain the method and process UpToDate the business needs and EASA requirements, in particular set up APQP process.
• Setup the qualification path to any internal candidate and manage the qualification portfolio of lead assessors,
• Facilitate lean and quality improvement training sessions.
• Set up the engineering supplier planning for the 3 upcoming years and continuously improve the report to the top level management.
• Manage, lead and maintain the qualification process of the staff,
• Coordinate with the procurement of the supply chain as Representative of the EQ Division.

- Deploy a new IT "on-line" application called "IDOLS for DMC" closed to the Airlines and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) in order to benchmark their Direct maintenance Cost (DMC)

- Specify the system&equipment requirements to manage the installation of the crown area in french section (section 15-21) on A350XWB,
- Feasibility Studies wrt architecture

- Deployment Airbus Directives internally (ABD100&200, V&V cycle, Configuration, Safety, milestone, maturity and so on ), and externally Do254, Do160 ARP 4754 (Complex Systems) and ARS (General Airbus Requitements for Suppliers),
- Organize the planning and activities from the launch of the project to its deployment (general project specifications up to the development phases, tests and acceptance), autor new directives SyDAS (2004) and SyCID(2005)
- Continous Improvement of the Airbus Directives: guarantee that the evolutions answer all the user needs.
