• Support country teams in implementation of some Data Analytics project in the fields of operations, marketing, logistics, R&D among others
• Accompany LCA (life cycle analysis) in coordination with our Shanghai R&D center
• Support APAC CEO and CFO in acquisition process (valuation, business plan, integration, etc.)
• Specific support to some countries or areas upon request (ex: digital strategy in HK)
• Strategic Plan, transversal management communication with APAC countries to help gather KPIs for the strategic group.
