► Secured a 5.0/5.0 on GHG calculations assumptions in the 2025 EU Innovation Fund €200M+ grant application by developing a rigorous input–output excel model for raw materials and utilities of the full plant: Direct Reduction, Electrolyzers, Substation, Water Treatment Plant, and other main systems.
► De-risked FEED preparation and lender due diligence by developing the project contracting strategy, establishing clear package-level scopes (RACI-basis) and contract models (EP/EPC/EP+S/DBOOM) across the execution lifecycle to create an investor-grade EPCM delivery framework.

► Unlocked €10M Series A investment by defining, including PPT decks, and negotiating the FEL 2–3 engineering scope and schedule for the Water Treatment Plant, aligning internal engineering, investor requirements, and contractual commitments. This achievement was paramount for the signature of the Series A agreement.
► Maximized the value of a €300k in-kind Seed investment, under a critical time constraint, by negotiating scope, pricing, execution terms, and aligning the Direct Reduction team with the investor/technical supplier, converting the in-kind investment into engineering deliverables reusable in later project stages.
► Established a 1,200+ line Level 3 official master schedule, covering debt & equity fundraising tracks, all packages, permits, and grid connection.

▪ Budget and Financing: work with Finance on budget alignment and technical support for Grants and Subsidies applications.
▪ Innovation & Compliance: Foster innovation, improve internal processes: I designed and launched GravitHy Talks. A company-wide alignment initiative where each area leader presents a topic weekly to teach and align knowledge across the company. One season, 8 episodes. Second season ongoing.

► As 4th hire, managed the interface with FEL 1 engineering firm and produced public consultation PPT decks for local communities’ events during the earliest company stage.

- Creation of Leyton's offer on decarbonization strategy: development of partnerships for the clients’ corporate carbon footprint assessment (GHG Protocol, Bilan Carbone, ISO 14067), definition of decarbonization pathways validated by SBTi, decarbonization action plan, investment analysis, carbon tax savings, carbon market quotas (ETS), and project financing.

- Construction of new value propositions for our clients in collaboration with marketing for energy efficiency certificate products, PV self-consumption, and state aids and subsidies for decarbonization.

- Constant monitoring of energy and environmental regulatory news, the energy market, EU directives and transposition into French law.

- Identification of development of new business models for our customers for energy and costs savings with innovative offers.

- Carrying out consulting missions with customers to validate the feasibility of new offers/solutions.

► Expanded Leyton’s decarbonization offering by designing a cross-sell advisory proposition covering GHG accounting, SBTi trajectories, investment analysis, and ETS carbon quotas optimization, complementing existing consulting services to obtain grants, subsidies, CEE, and carbon-credit trading.

► Defined Artelia’s strategic positioning in industrial decarbonization by developing a roadmap aligning engineering capabilities with key technologies (energy efficiency, renewables, hydrogen, carbon capture) and conducting competitor and client analyses to identify growth opportunities.

► Improved the coating line performance by 5% and reduced changeover times by 4% through bottleneck analysis and SMED process optimization.

► Increased coupling-shop productivity by 20%, raising total plant capacity to 2.6M couplings/year, by delivering a €1.6M CAPEX project to install 8 used and new lathes from supplier sourcing and U.S. broker visits through logistics, commissioning, and handover to operations & maintenance department.
► Improved phosphatizing-process reliability and supported throughput in the 2.2M+ couplings/year factory by leading the end-to-end replacement of the critical crane, from design through erection, directing 58+ technical staff over 21days and 3 shifts, and later commissioning and handover to Operations department.

► Industrialized a new internal HDPE coating process for Oil & Gas tubing, leading the process development, the mold design, the installation of a €175k diameter reduction machine, then successfully launched production through start-up and trained 15 plant operators (Wrote work instructions and operations procedures).
