- Delivery Manager for all Data teams in a streaming platform revamping program : recommendation, metadatas, analytics, … Customer: major French Media player in TV emission, working on improving their streaming platform
- Delivery Manager for a project implementing a GenAI assistant to answer questions from hotel managers and reduce support calls. Customer: hotel chain in Paris
- Product Manager for a GenAI POC aiming to answer doctors' questions about medications. In charge of defining the product target, identifying improvement opportunities at each iteration, and defining model evaluation methods. Customer: company who is the reference for drug information in France

Contribute to EY`s Agile Scrum and SAFe (Agile at Scale) trainings as coach and to the recruitment.
Manage teams and participate on different consulting projects. Main projects:
- Agility maturity assessment and training: use interviews to assess one of the client’s IT team’s agile maturity, prepare agile trainings and deliver them as coach. Customer : French alcohol producer group.
- Project Management for over 10 Data and Documentation related projects inside an important carve-out project. Customer: French Public Transportation Company
- Management of the Finance IT Department going through an Agile Transformation: follow the department’s project portfolio, manage the department budget (several millions of euros) and propose improvements mainly regarding Agile ways of working. Customer: French public company.
- Management of the EMEA (Europe and Africa) IT Infrastructure platform team: manage a team composed of project managers following several infrastructure projects and technical infrastructure experts handling the Run and demands in the EMEA region and propose improvements on the current server provisioning process in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. Customer: major French cosmetics group.

I have participated in one big project during my time at Publicis Sapient:
- Digital transformation project on e-commerce, revamping the customer's e-commerce platform and adding to it new functionalities supporting new business models, such as "Click&Collect" and a food Marketplace. I have acted mainly as a Product Owner of some teams working on middleware microservices in a microservices architecture and in an Agile Scrum "SAFE" framework. Customer: French company among the leaders in the food retail business.

Activities:
- Participate in different consulting projects on management, organizational change, quality management and IT system integration for clients of several industries: electricity, oil & gas, automobile, telecommunications. The next projects should be focused on IT strategy
- Write commercial proposals

Project examples:
- Proposition of a new organization for the company and development of a dashboard for the high executives, working directly with the Executive Committee. Customer: integrated electricity company in Brazil (production, transmission and distribution of electricity)
- Integration of R6 (a digital ecosystem management and BSS-Business Support System platform), acting as a Product Owner in an Agile integration project, responsible for ensuring the correct understanding and coherence of the customer's requirements and the good understanding / communication between the customer with a business view and the development team with a technical view. Customer: French company leader in the telecommunication sector
- Digital transformation project, including the transfer of data to the cloud and implementation of platforms for following wind and photovoltaic energy production KPIs, acting as a Product Owner. Customer: French company in the renewable energy production sector
- Re-engineering of the company’s processes and its Quality Management model. Customer: international automobile brakes manufacturing company (project based in France)

Market analysis, study of the Brazilian photovoltaic (PV) market.

Activities:
- Research and study in detail all the components impacting the PV market in Brazil: regulation, electricity market organization, tariffs and taxes.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities on PV for Total and its subsidiary specialized on PV, SunPower.
