In a full digital environment, I created Architectural Assets to enhance agility of Nickel IS, especially :
- I inventoried IT Assets and linked Business functions
- on a project, I set up a MVP of an architectural global design description, and of an architectural process of validation of the project

I worked in close collaboration with the teams, advancing the shared reflection on Enterprise Architecture.

I have carried out various Enterprise Architecture missions, including critical and delicate missions requiring additional expertise or seniority, and a strategic and technical vision, including:

• monitoring and formalization of enterprise strategic issues, definition of orientations on appropriate architectures and solutions, roadmaps
• promotion des Assets centraux multi-pays et suivi de l’architecture d’intégration dans les pays
• Corporate architecture monitoring for the BENELUX, including validation and recommendations on architecture contracts
• Design and architecture validation for the PF-ARVAL-Jaguar Land Rover partnership: deployed in 9 European countries – multi-million project - coordination of a dozen architects of the different entities – tight deadlines
• support and pedagogy with project managers and project managers to enable them to take ownership of the Architecture approach

Studying Redesign of Accounting and Controlling System of BNPParipas Group Worldwide (OFS)
• Benchmarking practices, solutions and ongoing evolutions in similar Groups
• Listing target requirements, and evaluating compliance between target requirements and current solution
• Designing Functional target Architecture and assessing its resulting gains

I especially led the design and the build of a new part of the Information System of the GIE : Master Data Management System.

I worked at each different level :
- IT Governance, defining new responsabilities on Data and stimulating managers to apply them
- Business : defining and implementing new processes
- Functional : designing Master Data models
- Applicative : designing and building a Master Data Bus
- Enterprise architecture : distributing treatments between several different systems and standardizing their inferfaces.

Now, GIE has the capacity to produce and broadcast new Master Data type within a week.

I also led the design of a CRM solution.

Working especially on Accounting IT System, and then on Services and Data Standardisation on the whole Insurance IT System.
