I rendered expertise in implementation of Murex solution for a Utility of 10 Danish Banks.
Part of the of the Program Management and the Executive Steering Committee, I was also head of the SI team (25 consultants - Denmark/France/Serbia).

* Successfully delivered FO-BO-Risk-Accounting X-Asset projects over 7 years and 200+ M€ budget.
* Multiple releases in parallel (All derivatives, Upgrade, FRTB, Local banks implementation)
* DevOps approach (based on Continuous Integration)

Senior Program Manager & Portfolio Manager

I managed a portfolio of Murex implementation projects (up to 9 projects in parallel). I coordinated answers to RFPs on different accounts. I led a team of Murex Project Managers to achieve targeted goals. Served as a Head of Murex Delivery division (CDS) in Russia; held responsible for Russian projects and delivery Staff of Murex Moscow Office.

I held responsible for definition of Murex Agile Project Methodology.
I planned, tracked, and reported on the status of a variety of projects throughout the entire project development life cycle.
