JV between Keolis and Jiaxing Railway, the company is in charge of operation, maintenance and management of the first tram in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province，company size 300 persons for the first phase. Appointed by Shanghai Keolis as GM of Shenjia, I am responsible for the creation of the company, contract negotiation, recruitment and training, test and commissioning, trial run, cost etc. The preparation job is finished in a very short period, and the line is put into service in June 2021.
