Résumé

With a sound corporate and field experience in vaccine and pharmaceutical operations in several countries, my main professional interest is to embark our industrial teams towards international development and next generation of vaccine manufacturing, leveraging standardized process platforms and innovative models of modular, flexible and digital facilities, in order to sustain the company global position in a dynamic and complex environment.
I believe that the development of our teams is a critical factor, and I am co-leading several initiatives to engage our people to manage complexity and create collective effectiveness and excel in multicultural environments.

Industrial franchise leader oncology

- In collaboration with the Oncology Franchise and CMC teams, manage the end-to-end strategic industrial LCM of SpeCare and GenMed oncology products (8 marketed and 11 in clinical phases).
- Establish Product Master Plans and Product Roadmaps and drive key strategic/strategy decisions
- Prepare the industrial launch of new oncology products and maximize the end-to-end product performance according to key product drivers
- China: Ensure with related global functions and China stakeholders the implementation of the industrial roadmap supporting China launch plan and life-cycle management.

Global product leader, industrial strategy pediatric vaccines

- Lead the 15-year industrial strategy for the products & projects of the pediatric & boosters portfolio representing about 50% of company sales.
- Ensure product performance; contribute to project prioritization; support market extensions and launches of new vaccines. Successful resolution of product alerts.
- Launch the development of a new generation of vaccine facilities combining several process platforms and agile life cycle management.
- Support the global initiatives around Pharmacopoeia management, testing reduction and simplification of post approval changes.
