- In collaboration with the Oncology Franchise and CMC teams, manage the end-to-end strategic industrial LCM of SpeCare and GenMed oncology products (8 marketed and 11 in clinical phases).
- Establish Product Master Plans and Product Roadmaps and drive key strategic/strategy decisions
- Prepare the industrial launch of new oncology products and maximize the end-to-end product performance according to key product drivers
- China: Ensure with related global functions and China stakeholders the implementation of the industrial roadmap supporting China launch plan and life-cycle management.

- Lead the 15-year industrial strategy for the products & projects of the pediatric & boosters portfolio representing about 50% of company sales.
- Ensure product performance; contribute to project prioritization; support market extensions and launches of new vaccines. Successful resolution of product alerts.
- Launch the development of a new generation of vaccine facilities combining several process platforms and agile life cycle management.
- Support the global initiatives around Pharmacopoeia management, testing reduction and simplification of post approval changes.
- Team development: co-organizer of China Boost program (received 2019 company “Develop people” award); sponsor and organizer of Project Management Days (Decoding Complexity, Inspiring Collective Effectiveness); mentor of several collaborators.

- Establish industrial partnerships worldwide, in collaboration with Business Development (market access, co-development deals). Lead industrial due diligences for acquisitions in new vaccines and technologies (Medimmune, Protein Sciences).
- Manage industrial collaborations in ~12 countries, including Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Turkey, Algeria, South Africa, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan.
- Team development: sponsor and organizer of Project Management Days (Connecting Differently); mentor of several collaborators.

Lead the vaccine industrial operations in China, Thailand, Mexico and Argentina: manufacturing of active ingredients (Flu, recombinant Hepatitis B), aseptic filling in syringes and vials, freeze-drying (about 700 people).

Lead strategic industrial due diligence and support partnership negotiations in China with Sinopharm / CNBG in Wuhan. Collaboration with Biolake industrial zone.

Manage the whole industrial project portfolio at corporate level (several hundreds of millions €). Lead the prioritization of investments and global consolidation of cost of goods for the company. Control the execution and performance of the key projects and products portfolios.

- Lead the construction and start-up of a new site for the production of influenza vaccine in Shenzhen from basic design to regulatory submission (about 100 M USD project). Production of consistency batches right first time, on budget and on time. Received Chairman safety award.
- Lead the multinational and multifunctional project team. Negotiate with national health authorities, Shenzhen authorities and French officials. Organization and participation to events involving president and minister levels.
