Everything started in 1996 in the Telco business in Europe and then I moved to the booming E-commerce industry with the creation of one of the top 3 French ISPs in 2000-2002 which we sold in 2003 to Firstream, a large European Group, as a platform for the student Community across 5 countries. I became their Group CTO. After having developed an Online Payment platform, I joined one of the leading European Group in the Electronic Transaction business, Alphyra, as head of Operations for Southern Europe in 2005. In 2007, I joined DELL in Morocco to develop and manage their BPO center for DELL EMEA business and then became the General Manager of DELL in Morocco managing Sales for the Small & Medium Businesses in Southern Europe. In march 2012, I switched to the Maghreb market, driving Systems Integration and Cloud Services in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia for Bull (now an ATOS company). In february 2015, I got the 'once-in-a-lifetime' opportunity to join the executive committee of Saham, as CEO of the Outsourcing Division, one of the leading Middle-East and Africa player in the field of high value-added services, with a specific focus on CRM & BPO Outsourcing services. I then led Finance, IT and Shared Services for Majorel which came into being in January 2019 when Bertelsmann and Saham joined hands to create a leading customer service organisation. From 2019 to 2023, Majorel revenues grew from €1.2 billion to more than €2 billion and the footpring expanded to 45 countries with a fantastic team of more than 82,000 team members. Teleperformance acquired Majorel in november 2023.
