• Clinical Trial business unit head: manages the execution of global clinical studies from early engagement/contract award, through closeout & post-project activities.
o Designs data workflow, database architecture, Quality Management System, to support the unit's operations
o Acts as primary contact with sponsors (CROs, pharmaceutical groups and academic institutions)
o Creates pricing models for the use of Qynapse's technology in clinical trials, assists building financial forecasts
o Manages clinical trials start-up, co-writes study documents (charter, manuals, guides), defines priorities and mobilizes cross-functional teams for the execution of custom client requests
o Leads & and presents at internal and external cross functional meetings
o Designs statistical and data management pipelines (Jupyter) to format data output and review algorithms performance
• QyPredict program manager - a pioneering machine-learning program tailored for predictive patient trajectory (classification and regression), enhancing patient outcomes through data-driven insights.
o Leads product definition and prototyping (Python, Github), develops the project management plan and roadmap
o Adds QyPredict into Qynapse's portfolio of services to clinical trial clients

• Team management, recruitment, mentoring and annual evaluation of technical experts
• Continuous process improvement (transversal role):
o Provided site insights and statistics to assist business development with bid defenses
o Integrated Agile methodology framework into the technical expert team workflow
o Created and managed a companywide KPI system - led trainings and reviews for project managers and analysts
o Contributed to the development of a machine learning (CNN) quality control tool for incoming imaging data (published)
o Change management: led transformation initiatives to improve data workflow and efficiency across departments
