X-UK: Polytechnique Ventures in London

We are pleased to invite you to a special evening to discover Polytechnique Ventures, the venture capital fund that supports Polytechnique's entrepreneurial community.
After the presentations, we invite you to join us for a cocktail reception.

Polytechnique Ventures is a venture capital fund created by the alumni. Its aim is to encourage the emergence and development of high-potential deep tech start-ups created by young X graduates and researchers, as well as accelerated in the school’s incubator. Since its launch in 2020, a 1st fund of 36m€ has invested in 18 companies. The team is now raising a 2nd fund and has secured 21 m€ out of the projected 30-40m€. Targeted companies range from pre-seed to series A, and operate in multiple fields, such as climate transition, clean energy, fintech, medtech, robotics, industry 4.0 and AI.
Financed by the Alumnis - 160 have subscribed for the first edition - it is part of a drive to strengthen alumni collaboration with the School. The Foundation will receive half of the carried interest generated by the fund (ie 10% of profits).
