Results of the second edition of the survey “Early careers of young graduates from the grandes écoles: expectations, ambitions and commitments”

Launched in autumn 2025, the second edition of the study “Early careers of young graduates from the grandes écoles: expectations, ambitions and commitments in 2026”, conducted by the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre in collaboration with the member associations of G16 Careers*, sought to examine how young people’s aspirations, expectations and satisfaction regarding their jobs and management had evolved.
