Your account on the AX website: how do you find your login details

 To log on to the AX website (ax.polytechnique.org), you must first be registered on the Polytechnique.org website.

After registering, you will receive your X.org login details (username and password), which you will then need to use to log on to the AX website.

PLEASE NOTE:

> You must always log in to the AX website using your @polytechnique.org email address.

> You can always reset your password at Polytechnique.org, by clicking this link.

Remember:

- Your username was sent to you by Polytechnique.org in the format of firstname.lastname.classyear(without accents, umlauts or cedillas).

- For École Polytechnique students on the engineering cycle, the classyear is the 4-digit year.

For example, the username of an alumnus named Pierre Dufour who started at École Polytechnique in 1920 will be pierre.dufour.1920.

- For students on other courses, the classyear is the letter corresponding to the course taken (m, d, b, g or e: master, doctorate, bachelor, graduate or executive) followed by the 4-digit class year.

For example, the username of an alumnus named Basile Rémy who joined the doctoral programme in 1978 will be basile.remy.1978.

How to log in?

There are three possible scenarios. Check which one applies to you below and follow the instructions: 

You have an account on Polytechnique.org and you know your login details:

1) Click the Students or Graduates button on the AX home page, or click here to go there.

2) Enter your X.org login details (username and password).

You have an account on Polytechnique.org but have forgotten your password:

1) On the Polytechnique.org home page, click on Login and then on Forgot your password? or go straight to the password reset page. The password reset page will appear.

2) Enter your username and click Submit.

 
A password reset email will be sent to your forwarding email address.

If you do not receive the password reset email, your forwarding email address is no longer valid. You will need to send an email to the X.org team: contact@polytechnique.org

You do not have an account on Polytechnique.org:

1) On the Polytechnique.org home page, click on Register and follow the instructions. 

Once you have created your Polytechnique.org account, you will need to wait about an hour before you can activate it.
