In the summer of 2025, six directors' mandates will expire on the AX Board of Directors, five of which may be renewed.
If you are motivated by the values of friendship and solidarity and would like to get involved in the Polytechnique community, we invite you to apply to join the board. By becoming a member of the AX Board of Directors, you will be able to make an active contribution to important decisions and take part in projects that will shape the future of our community.
How do I apply?
A recruitment committee assists the Board of Directors by encouraging applications and evaluating those received. This committee ensures that the Board is balanced and representative of the diversity of our community.
To apply, make sure you are up to date with your membership fees for 2024 and 2025, and send your application to the AX General Secretary, Ariane Chazel (ariane.chazel@afl-banque.fr). Your application should include a covering letter, a detailed curriculum vitae and a photograph for use in our communications relating to the election.
Applications must be submitted no later than midnight on Monday 3 March 2025, without exception.
Campaign schedule
At the end of March, a section will be put online on the AX website to introduce the candidates.
During the campaign, three newsletters will be sent to the community: at the beginning of April, at the beginning of May and at the beginning of June. The aim is to encourage discussion and enable the candidates to highlight the key points of their programme.
General Meeting and voting procedures
Members who are up to date with their subscriptions will be able to vote electronically or by post. The results of the elections will be displayed at the General Meeting to be held on Monday 23 June at the Maison des polytechniciens (Paris 7e) and online. The invitation to this meeting will be sent by post in May.
